that registers the degree of customer satisfaction.
This indicator forms part of Marlex quality control standard and is common practice
in our company policy .
Marlex carries out an internal audit twice a year on each of its offices to guarantee
that quality control standards are met and has its whole system audited annually
by an external entity of recognised reputation: AENOR.
