Quality Control Standard

At Marlex we understand the quality control standard as an integrated management system that takes into account the requisites of the ISO 9001:2008 regulation, health and safety regulations and the protection of the environment.

This is to be achieved wqith the aim of fostering enterprise, preventive culture and socially compromised action organised into a sole documentary system whose main objective is organisational efficiency and excellence.

In order to achieve this, the word Quality must be present in all our acts and at every level of our decision making processes. Quality is achieved by thinking as a team and working as a team. Quality is achieved by transforming each and every one of our individual actions in daily work into the collective action of a whole team. This attitude forms both part of a general proceedings and a working method that answers to our clients requirements and to all legal regulations that apply.

People are our greatest asset at Marlex. It is our policy that in order to achieve Quality we must work permanently and insistently towards what we believe to be the three basic axis and key issues concerning Quality:

Internal Personnel

The internal personnel is the first link in the whole service chain. It must be personnel that is prepared, qualified, devoted, dedicated and motivated to carry out its mission which is to fulfill the customers and collaborators requirements.

Its competence lies in taking care of all details that ensure that requirements are met and its purpose is to put into practice health and safety regulations as a means of protecting the health and integrity of people and their working environment.

Collaborating Personnel

Collaborating personnel is the second link in the service chain. If a person is unsuitable, untrained or unaware of the risks pertaining to the workplace, the chain is broken and they will be unable to prevent accidents or act with the required celerity or responsibility. Our mission is to seek suitable collaborators to train them and to motivate them to work efficiently.

The client

The client is the one who evaluates the competence of our services, who remunerates our work and is the ultimate and determining link in the chain. Clients must comply with health and safety regulations, legal norms in existence and show a readiness to cooperate with Marlex and contracted personnel to avoid incurring potential damages. The client is the one who has the final say in judging the quality of our organisation and above all in deciding our future.

Being efficient guarantees our future as an organisation and Marlex disposes of a Standard of Quality which subject to constant improvements aspires to maximum excellence.
